1. Digital Service Notice

Ghost QR provides digital services only. The primary paid feature is the Remove Ads option, which unlocks an ad-free experience for selected QR codes or user sessions.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to the digital service is provided immediately.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error
  • The Remove Ads feature was not activated after successful payment
  • Duplicate payments were made for the same QR code or service

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer need the QR code or service
  • Ads were removed successfully and the service was delivered
  • You misunderstood the features or limitations of the service
  • Your QR code was suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions

4. Time Limit for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
