  • You are responsible for the content and destination linked to your QR codes

Ghost QR does not track scan data such as user identity, location, or analytics unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Ads & Remove Ads Feature

  • Free usage of Ghost QR may include advertisements
  • The Remove Ads feature is a paid, optional service that removes ads from selected QR codes or the user experience
  • Payments are one-time unless otherwise stated
  • Purchasing Remove Ads does not grant ownership of the platform or guarantee lifetime availability

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy
  • Abuse of the payment system may result in account or QR code suspension

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Ghost QR, including but not limited to:

  • Website design
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Software

is the property of Ghost QR or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ghost QR shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • QR codes being blocked, misused, or failing to scan

Use of the service is at your own risk.

QR codes may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

  • Their privacy practices
  • Any damages resulting from their use

10. Service Changes & Termination
